1. Membership Payments

All membership payments, including monthly, quarterly, annual, or promotional fees, are non-refundable once processed.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Cancellations

Members may cancel their memberships at any time. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing and does not entitle the member to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.

Members on auto-renewal plans must notify BCUBE in writing at least 10 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent cycle.
3. Classes and Personal Training Sessions

Prepaid classes or personal training sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at advance notice. Missed sessions without proper notice will be forfeited.
5. Policy Updates
BCUBE reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on our website.
